Overview : We invite you to a research seminar titled Design Capabilities and Sustainability Performance in the Circular Economy with Customer Input. This seminar serves as a platform to discuss a research journey undertaken during the COVID-19 period. It will first present the research model, objectives, supporting theories, methodology, and results. Do circular design capabilities lead to sustainability performance during COVID-19? Additionally, this seminar will cover the difficulties and anxieties encountered in data collection. Finally, what are the takeaways from this research?

Speaker : Dr. Soh Keng Lin
About Speaker : SOH Keng Lin is a management lecturer with Monash University Malaysia since August 2023. He was with the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia from 1995 to 2015. Soh is active in collaborative research and publications in areas such as the sustainability, circular economy, supply chain management, and logistics. He has published in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Production Economics, Transport Research Part F: Psychology and Behaviour, Resource, Conservation and Recycling, and Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment. Soh has supervised and graduated Masters (Research) and PhD students. His industry experiences were in electronics mass production and oil and gas project management
